More of a fascination. I am constantly amazed at the doings of delusional religionists.
Atheists seem to have a serious obsession with religion. Their mind is preoccupied with this issue. It seems to me that a person so sure of himself would not have to keep convincing himself of his belief. Why would people who believe in God make them so uncomfortable?
Regardless of the prevailing religion, atheists will always be a minority in the land of their residence. Yes, among a peaceful and tolerant people, they can run off their mouth and bash and trash believers. But, at heart, atheists are cowards. They are bullies picking on 99 pound weaklings. There are lands in the world where the coward atheist would maintain his silence else, he would surely get his head cut off. Therefore, the atheists can be a bully among a Christian people whose prophet calls them to love neighbors, forgive enemies, feed the hungry, and clothe the naked.
One can easily identify the atheist. The coward is found in Christian nations. We are told that there are no homosexuals in Iran. You can bet that there are few, if any, loudmouth atheists, also.
